	GENERAL

			100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the items, as indicated in our return policy, for a full credit or refund.
			Prices
			All Prices are subject to change without notice.  all goods will be invoiced at prices ruling on date of shipment.
			Credit Cards
			Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover Cards are accepted.
			Terms
			Customers with established credit may purchase on term of net 30 days.  Purchases by new accounts will be sent C.O.D. until credit has been approved.  C.O.D. orders that exceed $300.00 will be sent money order or certified check.  Overdue account may lead to delayed delivery and may be put on C.O.D. basis without prior notice.  Accounts 30days beyond term may be charged at 1.5% per month on unpaid balances (18% per annum).
			Return Polices
			No merchandise may be returned for credit with out a prior authorization number.  No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days from date of invoice.  All items for credit must be unused and in its original packaging.
			Shipping
			Orders may be shipped per customer instruction via: United Parcel Services, Federal Express, US Mail or Truck.  The purchaser is responsible for any insurance & freight charges.
			Sales Tax
			All Applicable Federal, State and Local taxes will be added to price quoted at time of billing.  Please provide sales tax exemption form if applicable at time of order.
			Notice
			The customer should assure herself, by preliminary testing, that the dye fastness of the thread is suitable for her intended use.  Marathon threads are manufactured and quality controlled to the very high standards possible.  However, since we have no control over washing, dry cleaning, and pressing, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material into which it it sewn, we are not responsible for any damage that could occur.
			Error
			Product, description, typographical and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction.

			1. We offer free freight on orders placed online for regular priced items only.
			2. Valid only on UPS GROUND SERVICE shipments within the continent of U.S.
			3. Free freight offer cannot be combined with any other discounts and is not valid on volume discounted items and VALUE PACKAGE.
			4. Minimum of $60.00 is required to receive free freight and all purchases must be paid with a credit card.
